## About us

Taking inspiration from Founder Marco’s Southern Portuguese upbringing, Casa do Frango celebrates Algarvian cuisine and culture, bringing the food, wine, and spirit of Southern Portugal to London. Described by Marina O’Loughlin as “quite simply, the best chicken and chips in town”, Casa do Frango’s humble menu of Portuguese small plates and signature Frango Piri-Piri appeals to guests of all ages.

MJMK launched Casa do Frango London Bridge in 2018, followed by Casa do Frango Shoreditch in 2019. Our new flagship restaurant, Casa do Frango Piccadilly opened on Heddon Street in central London in October 2022 and, a fourth restaurant Casa do Frango Victoria, opened the doors this summer. All restaurants are critically acclaimed for their Piri-Piri chicken, authentic Portuguese fare and welcoming, buzzy atmosphere.

We are looking for a passionate General Manager to join our team at Casa do Frango Piccadilly. Our people are at the heart of everything we do. At Casa, our teams are made up of friendly, energetic people who are passionate about great food and drinks and creating memorable moments for our guests. We are looking for a General Manager who shares our values, is hooked on hospitality, and will support their team to be the best they can be. Casa is a collection of four neighbourhood restaurants, which bring the sunny atmosphere of Portugal to London. Since opening London Bridge in 2018, Casa’s humble menu and signature piri-piri chicken, grilled over wood-charcoal have been well received by Londoners and critics alike. Marina O’Loughlin shared in The Sunday Times that she had “A 20 quid meal that tastes like a million bucks”. All our restaurants are a home-from-home, where we deliver a warm, genuine hospitality and serve freshly made Portuguese cuisine family style. Having recently won Disruptor Brand at the 2023 Peach 20/20 Hero &amp; Icon Awards and Emerging Concept at the MCA Hospitality Awards 2023, it is an exciting time to join our team. Casa do Frango Piccadilly:<ul><li>125-cover dining space, welcoming 1500 guests each week.</li><li>In addition to the main dining space, we have The Green Room.
