We are seeking a guest-focused, sales-driven Reservation Manager to join our Casa do Frango Victoria team.

We are looking for a Reservations Manager who shares our values, is hooked on hospitality, and will support their team to be the best they can be.


Casa is a collection of four neighbourhood restaurants which bring the sunny atmosphere of Portugal to London. Since opening London Bridge in 2018, Casa’s humble menu and signature piri-piri chicken, grilled over wood-charcoal have been well received by Londoners and critics alike. Marina O’Loughlin shared in The Sunday Times that she had “A 20 quid meal that tastes like a million bucks”. All our restaurants are a home-from-home, where we deliver a warm, genuine hospitality and serve freshly made Portuguese cuisine family style.


Having recently won Disruptor Brand at the 2023 Peach 20/20 Hero & Icon Awards and Emerging Concept at the MCA Hospitality Awards 2023, it is an exciting time to join our team.


Casa do Frango Victoria:

  • 155-covers dining space split in 2 floors, welcoming 1500 guests each week.
  • Large Mezzanine with its own bar, with expansive windows to overlook the street and the restaurant below.
  • The site also has a comfortable seating in our charming terrace for al fresco dining in the summer, accommodating 64 covers.


Offer:

  • Up to £40,00 per annum, depending on experience, with up to £3000 in incentive bonuses
  • A Casa do Frango Reservations Manager is:
  • A hands-on, natural leader with strong communication skills and the ability to coach and motivate the reception team to deliver a ‘best in class’ guest experience.
  • An enthusiastic team player with a guest focused approach and excellent attention to detail.
  • A result-driven individual who can work proactively and is confident working in all areas of Front of House.
  • Responsible for operating the book during service to maximise covers, generate walk-in trade and achieve set targets.
  • Able to cultivate and maintain key client relationships and build local business engagement, in addition to executing events to the MJMK standard with the support of the sales and events team.
  • A brand ambassador who is passionate about food and wine and all things hospitality, who is keen to grow and develop with the business.
