About Casa
Casa do Frango Portuguese grill concept with restaurants in London Bridge – the beginning of the journey in 2018. Later expanded to Mayfair in 2022 and Victoria in 2023. After winning Disruptor Brand at the 2023 Peach 20/20 Hero & Icon Awards and Emerging Concept at the MCA Hospitality Awards 2023, there’s never been a better time to join us. We’re looking for a Senior Maitre D’ who will embody our passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and help us continue to grow. Join our team at Casa do Frango Mayfair, a vibrant restaurant bringing the warmth and energy of Portugal to London. With 1500 guests visiting us each week, our 125-cover dining space, 100-cover speakeasy cocktail bar, two private dining room and summer terrace are always buzzing.

About MJMK Restaurants
MJMK Restaurants own and operate a collection of award-winning restaurants. Founded in 2018 by lifelong friends Jake Kasumov and Marco Mendes, our journey began with Casa do Frango inspired by Marco’s Portuguese heritage.. In 2020, we partnered with chef Santiago Lastra to open KO, fine dining restaurant in Marylebone celebrating Mexican cuisine with British ingredients. KOL has since earned a Michelin Star and was named No. 17 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
In 2022, we launched Lisboeta , premium Lisbon-inspire restaurant in Fitsrovia with renowned Portuguese chef Nuno Mendes. 2024 saw two new ventures: Fonda, a contemporary Mexican concept on Heddon Street—our second collaboration with KOL Chef Patron, Santiago—and AngloThai in Marylebone, a debut restaurant from the brilliant chef John Chantarasak, blending Thai flavours with British ingredients. Within three months, AngloThai earned a Michelin star.
