We are looking for a someone to lead all things reservations across all MJMK Restaurants - we're open to either a GROUP HEAD OF RESERVATIONS or GROUP RESERVATIONS MANAGER levels. Our collection of award-winning restaurants include:

  • KOL – fine dining, set menu only, Mexican-inspired restaurant located in Marylebone, with chef patron Santiago Lastra (previously of Noma and Mugaritz). KOL has a Michelin star and is listed as No 23 in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants (highest ranked restaurant in the UK) amongst multiple other accolades.
  • Lisboeta – premium Lisbon-inspired restaurant by celebrity chef Nuno Mendes, located on Charlotte Street, in Fitzrovia. The restaurant received incredible critical acclaim since opening and is listed both in the Michelin guide and the World’s 50 Best Discovery list.
  • Fonda – a new contemporary Mexican a-la-carte concept from KOL Chef Patron, Santiago Lastra, in Mayfair opening in 2024.
  • AngloThai – debut restaurant from the brilliant chef John Chantarasak, focusing on Thai recipes using British ingredients, opening in 2024


In 2024, we plan to open two more fine dining restaurants, with celebrity chefs and locations in Marylebone and Mayfair confirmed.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven and analytical manager who is passionate about delivering a best-in-class guest experience. The role will work as part of a cross functional sales and marketing team, working closely with the operational teams and reporting to the Marketing Director.


You will have detailed experience in reservations platforms, (ideally Seven Rooms), be able to set up, utilise and harness all functionality appropriate to each brand to maximise covers. You will have a strategic eye, be able to analyse performance and work with multiple stakeholders to proactively offer solutions to improve efficiency, revenue generation and guest experience. You will work closely with the marketing and ops teams on guest recognition and lead on all reservations reporting, forecasting, guest feedback and covers. A knowledge of digital would be helpful and an ability to analyse guest data in a CRM platform.


You should have excellent communication and people skills and a passion for delivering genuine and thoughtful hospitality. You will be required to work very closely with all reception managers and hosts at each restaurant, motivating and inspiring each team to deliver a warm welcome and a seamless guest journey. You will be responsible for coaching all front of house teams to fully maximise Seven Rooms in service and ensure all are pulling to our guest recognition programme. This role will therefore encompass operational floor shifts as well as time at the Support Office.


The Group Reservations Manager/ Head of Reservations will work closely with the senior operational teams for each brand and the wider group marketing and events team. You should be a self-starter, able to deliver high quality work, with excellent attention to detail, and a team player who enjoys exceeding expectations.


Desirable Skills

  • Full technical proficiency in reservation platforms in creating floor plans, access rules, guest recognition tags. Detailed knowledge of Seven Rooms would be preferrable.
  • Great attention to detail and superb organisational skills
  • Exceptional people skills and relationship building skills
  • Experience of hosting, reception or a front of house role is essential
  • A good understanding of data and digital, CRM knowledge is preferable
  • A passion for the hospitality industry
