Runner Candidate Requirements:
- Passionate about providing warm, professional, and efficient service at all times
- Proactive and supportive team player, always ready to assist the waiting and floor team
- Strong communicator who can relay guest feedback and issues promptly to the management team
- Familiarity with restaurant systems or willingness to learn
- Able to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately and consistently
- Reliable and efficient in completing mise-en-place, cleaning tasks, and service duties to company standards
- Eager to learn and develop product knowledge across all food and beverage offerings
- Open to cross-training across departments (bar, kitchen, reception) to develop a well-rounded understanding of operations
- Attentive to detail and committed to upholding high cleanliness and organisation standards in all areas
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and duty of care for guest safety and company property
- Helps maintain clean and tidy common staff areas, such as changing rooms and corridors
- Punctual, dependable, and enthusiastic about contributing to a positive team environment
- Experience as Runner or in a front-of-house role, ideally in a fast-paced, quality restaurant is a plus.

About MJMK Restaurants
MJMK Restaurants own and operate a collection of award-winning restaurants. Founded in 2018 by lifelong friends Jake Kasumov and Marco Mendes, our journey began with Casa do Frango. In 2020, we partnered with chef patron Santiago Lastra to open KOL, a fine dining restaurant in Marylebone celebrating Mexican cuisine with British ingredients. KOL has since earned a Michelin Star, named as one the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
