We are looking for a passionate Head Waiter to join the team at our flagship site – Casa do Frango London Bridge.
Casa do Frango London Bridge is a 200+ cover dining space set across two floors, welcoming 3000+ guests each week. The site also contains a charming private dining room and the Green Room – a 45-cover speakeasy bar. Its our flagship site that opened in 2018 to rave reviews from the likes of Jay Rayner and Marina O’Loughlin.

Candidate Requirements:
- As a Head Waiter, you will already be a highly skilled and accomplished server, ready to take on greater responsibility. Your key duties will include:
- Taking the lead on essential operational tasks, such as setting up the restaurant for service, completing detailed opening and closing checklists, and ensuring all areas are impeccably maintained and secured
- Exercising leadership in the absence of a manager, seamlessly overseeing the floor to ensure smooth operations by effectively coordinating both staff and guest interactions.
- Exemplifying reliability and professionalism at all times, setting a positive tone for the team through your leadership and commitment to excellence
- Taking the first step on your path to management, preparing yourself for future leadership roles by embracing greater responsibility and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.
- Train and develop waiters, to ensure best in class levels of hospitality and guest experience
