Commis Chef
At KOL, part of the MJMK group, we source and celebrate the finest expressions of British ingredients, championing wild food and seasonality to create dishes that reflect the bright, fresh flavours of Mexican cooking. The kitchen team is headed up by Chef Patron Santiago Lastra and was awarded a Michelin star in 2022, followed by being named 23rd in the World’s 50 Best in 2023 and 17th in 2024. As KOL continues its success, we’re looking for a Commis Chef to join the team, you will assist the senior chefs in preparing and delivering high quality food and provide a memorable guest experience.
As a Commis Chef at KOL, we can offer you:
- Up to £32,000 per hour, dependent on your experience, inclusive of service charge.
