We are looking for a Senior Guest Relations Manager to join our team at Casa do Frango London Bridge.

Casa is a collection of three neighbourhood restaurants, which bring the sunny atmosphere of Portugal to London. Since opening London Bridge in 2018, Casa’s humble menu and signature piri-piri chicken, grilled over wood-charcoal have been well received by Londoners and critics alike. Marina O’Loughlin shared in The Sunday Times that she had “A 20 quid meal that tastes like a million bucks”. All our restaurants are a home-from-home, where we deliver a warm, genuine hospitality and serve freshly made Portuguese cuisine family style.

Casa do Frango London Bridge:
- · 200-covers dining space set across 2 floors, welcoming 3000 guests each week.
- · In addition to the main dining space, there is has a charming private dining room
- · The Green Room, accommodating 45 covers standing, it is a speak easy cocktail bar, available for private hire.
As a Senior Guest Relations Manager at Casa do Frango you are:
- · A hands-on, natural leader who can support the General Manager and curate the guest experiences offering in the restaurant, leading the reservations team so they are operating in the best way possible to offer an excellent restaurant experience.
- · A strong communicator with all departments regarding to reservations ensuring all guests receive the best possible experience through genuine hospitality.
- · Able to work with integrity, generosity, and excellent attention to detail for people & product.
- · Passionate and knowledgeable about food, wine, and hospitality and able to exceed guests’ expectations.
- · A champion of our values and ethos, motivating the team to be always working to a ‘Best in Class’ level.
- · Confident in building new and nurturing established relationships with guests and stakeholders wishing to connect with Casa do Frango and the brand.
- · Experienced in dealing with guest feedback and the relevant platforms.
- · Working closely with the General Manager to manage forecasting, covers, events and optimizing the restaurant capacity and experience.
