Overview

A new quick-service restaurant is coming to London. MJMK Restaurants, the group behind Casa do Frango, Fonda, Luso, KOL, AngloThai and Lenny’s, is opening a new site in the heart of Soho, in partnership with a Michelin-starred chef.

This new restaurant brings bold flavours and the same care and quality MJMK is known for, in a fast, everyday format that combines grab and go with dine in. We’re building the opening team now.

General Manager

We are looking for a confident and experienced General Manager to lead the restaurant. Taking full ownership of the day-to-day running of the restaurant, you’ll lead the team, the guest experience and the numbers, upholding brand standards, food quality and speed of service. You’ll build a high-performing team that delivers consistently for every guest, every shift.

What You’ll Do

· Take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the restaurant, keeping service smooth and efficient.

· Recruit, train and develop a confident, high-performing team, with succession planning that builds a pipeline of talent.

· Own the guest journey, delivering fast, warm and accurate service that keeps guests coming back.

· Own the restaurant P&L, driving sales and managing controls.

· Use restaurant tech and systems to drive smart, data-led decisions.

· Keep the restaurant looking sharp, clean and compliant with food safety and health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

· You’ve thrived in a General Manager role in a high-volume, quick-service restaurant, and you live and breathe brilliant standards and unforgettable guest experiences.

· A real hospitality person who genuinely loves the industry and restaurants.

· A natural, hands-on leader with infectious energy who sets the pace and vibe each shift and gets the best from every team.

· Confident leadership skills, with the ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing teams.

· Commercially savvy, with a real head for the P&L and the numbers, and confident using tech and data to drive smart decisions.

· Cool under pressure and razor-sharp, resolving issues fast to keep service flying, with an eye for detail and consistency every single shift.
