We are looking for a passionate General Manager to join our team at Casa do Frango Piccadilly.

Casa is a collection of four neighbourhood restaurants, which bring the sunny atmosphere of Portugal to London. Since opening London Bridge in 2018, Casa’s humble menu and signature piri-piri chicken, grilled over wood-charcoal have been well received by Londoners and critics alike. Marina O’Loughlin shared in The Sunday Times that she had “A 20 quid meal that tastes like a million bucks”. All our restaurants are a home-from-home, where we deliver a warm, genuine hospitality and serve freshly made Portuguese cuisine family style.

Having recently won Disruptor Brand at the 2023 Peach 20/20 Hero & Icon Awards and Emerging Concept at the MCA Hospitality Awards 2023, it is an exciting time to join our team.

Casa do Frango Piccadilly:

  • 125-cover dining space, welcoming 1500 guests each week.
  • In addition to the main dining space, we have The Green Room. Accommodating 100 covers standing, it is a speak easy cocktail bar, exclusively available for private hire.
  • The site also has two private dining rooms, and a charming terrace for al fresco dining in the summer.

As a General Manager at Casa do Frango you are:

  • A people person – a General Manager who is passionate about getting the best out of both the front and back of house teams, supporting recruitment, retention, and succession.
  • Have a good understanding of profit and loss – delivery of the commercial targets for your site.
  • Focused on guest experience and delivering consistent and excellent service.
  • Passionate about learning and development – coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Experienced on systems and processes, reporting and implementing SOPs.
  • Diligent about property management – maintenance and site integrity.
