Property Projects Coordinator
As MJMK Restaurants grows, we are looking for an equally ambitious Property Projects Coordinator to join our support team.

MJMK Restaurants was founded in 2018 by Jake Kasumov and Marco Mendes. Following corporate careers, the duo chose to pursue their passion for food and drink.
Your responsibilities as Property Projects Coordinator at MJMK Restaurants will be:
New Project coordination
o Work closely with the Head of Property & Projects to ensure all Project documentation is up to date and proactively managed
o Track design amends through Teams
o Ordering & arranging logistics
o Support with cost tracking for new projects
o Lead on sourcing and tracking procurement for new sites
o Meeting co-ordination and minutes
Existing Estate Support:
o Support on procurement for existing sites
o Support with training on ways of working
o Ensure the Property Teams channel is kept up to date on a daily basis
Storage/Asset management
o Proactively manage all loose assets
o Identify ways to automate and improve management and tracing systems
Drive Sustainability across the business
o Act as the central point of contact for all things ‘sustainability’ across the business
o Energy and waste management
Support Office assistance
o Work with Head of Property to deliver the Ways of Working project for the business
o Lead internal IT and coordination with our service provider
o Manage services & office logistics
o Manage physical assets within Support Office
