As KOL continues its success, we’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Expeditor to join the team, who will be responsible for setting the rhythm and managing the pass to make sure our guests have a memorable and smooth dining experience.

· Experienced in the kitchen, assisting the chefs with prioritising tasks and dishes.

· Knowledgeable, ensuring the restaurant and kitchen teams follow health and safety processes.

· Able to read the flow of the dining room, managing orders and delivering dishes to guests when needed.

· Responsible for their knowledge and learning in their job role, always looking to consistently be the best.

· Charismatic and passionate about delivering a high-quality experience to guests.

· With an exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all dishes are up to Kol’s standards before sending them to the tables.
