Head of Marketing
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to manage our Chef Led restaurants. We currently operate 2 concepts, with 2 more opening this year:
Head of Marketing Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, brand led, data-driven, analytical, and creative all-rounder, who is passionate about the hospitality industry and up to date with trends and industry developments. The role will work as part of a cross functional sales and marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Director.
You should have excellent communication and people skills. You will be required to work very closely with 3 Chef Patrons, understand their vision, and deliver it from a marketing perspective, using all resources available to you.
You will have experience in brand led comms and have exceptional copy writing skills to deliver a distinct tone of voice for each concept. You will use sales and customer data to create innovative and tailored marketing strategies for each restaurant to deliver our commercial goals. You will be comfortable using the full marketing suite with strong digital expertise, excellent third-party relationships and have solid commercial acumen. You will use your organisational and planning skills to create, lead and deliver campaigns that lead to exceptional guest experience, both online and inside the restaurants.
The Head of Marketing will manage a Junior Marketing Manager and work closely with the wider marketing team including the Social Media and Content Manager to deliver the marketing strategy and comms. The role will have responsibility for managing PR Agency relationships and collaborate closely with the wider operational teams for clear internal communications.
You should be a self-starter, able to deliver high quality work, with excellent attention to detail. Finally, you should be comfortable liaising with and presenting to the Marketing Director, Chef Patrons, Founders and other key stakeholders in the business.
