Senior Marketing Manager
MJMK Restaurants
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the team. We currently operate 7 restaurants, with 4 new openings planned over the next 12 months, including 2 entirely new concepts.
We work closely together across our restaurants and support office, and believe the best collaboration, creativity and momentum happen in person. Therefore this is a fully office / site-based role, with no set remote working days.
Senior Marketing Manager Requirements:
- A highly organised and proactive operator who can turn ideas into delivered campaigns
- Previous experience in restaurants
- Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders at once
- Commercially minded, with strong creative instincts and attention to detail
- Comfortable leading agencies, partnerships, PR and influencer relationships
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building brands
- Passionate about restaurants, food, culture and hospitality
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

- Exceptionally organised, detail obsessed and highly proactive
- Someone who naturally creates structure, sets priorities and keeps momentum across multiple moving projects
- Able to act as the quarterback across departments - aligning sites, chefs/founders, operations, finance, agencies and external partners
- Has the gravitas and communication skills to confidently manage workflows both up and down the business
- Strong at follow-up, accountability and over-communication - ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple work streams simultaneously, with a positive, can-do attitude
- Thrives in highly active, fast-paced environments
- Takes genuine pride in precision, organisation and execution
What the Senior Marketing Manager role involves:
- Creating timelines and leading critical paths for all marketing projects
- Supporting and delivering marketing strategy across all our brands
- Leading campaigns, launches, events, partnerships and brand moments
- Managing CRM, social, PR and influencer activity
- Working closely with restaurant teams to ensure alignment across all touch points
- Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth
