Property & Facilities Manager



Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a facilities, property, and maintenance role across multiple sites
  • Experience coordinating maintenance, refurbishment works, and general repairs across several locations
  • Own and oversee CAFM system (access maintain & mainlix)
  • PMV’s: manage a range of compliance requirements
  • Comfortable overseeing external contractors and managing contractor relationships
  • Confident in dealing with a variety of teams and building strong working relationships with Operations, General Managers and Head Chefs
  • Highly organised with a structured approach to scheduling planned and unplanned repairs
  • Hands-on, with the ability to support Maintenance Technicians and assist on site when needed
  • Financial awareness and ability to track and manage maintenance costs
  • Proactive approach to identifying potential issues and addressing them before they escalate
  • Keen interest in sustainability and cost efficiency in facilities operations
  • Willingness to travel regularly to different sites across London

MJMK Restaurants own and operate a collection of award-winning restaurants. Founded in 2018 by lifelong friends Jake Kasumov and Marco Mendes, our journey began with Casa do Frango in London Bridge, inspired by Marco’s Portuguese heritage. We later expanded to Mayfair (2022) and Victoria (2023). In 2020, we partnered with chef Santiago Lastra to open KOL in Marylebone, celebrating Mexican cuisine with British ingredients. KOL has since earned a Michelin Star and was named No. 17 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.


In 2022, we launched Lisboeta on Charlotte Street with renowned Portuguese chef Nuno Mendes. 2024 saw two new ventures: Fonda, a modern Mexican restaurant on Heddon Street—our second collaboration with Santiago—and AngloThai in Marylebone with John Chantarasak, blending Thai flavours with British ingredients. Within three months, AngloThai earned a Michelin star, and Fonda was included in the Michelin Guide.
