Chef de Partie Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality restaurant.
  • Obsessed with delivering exceptional food and guest experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with the ability to motivate and support junior staff.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to uphold high kitchen standards.
  • Experience with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Passionate about food and eager to contribute to a creative kitchen environment.

About MJMK Restaurants

MJMK Restaurants own and operate a collection of award-winning restaurants. Founded in 2018 by lifelong friends Jake Kasumov and Marco Mendes, our journey began with Casa do Frango. In 2020, we partnered with chef patron Santiago Lastra to open KOL, a fine dining restaurant in Marylebone celebrating Mexican cuisine with British ingredients. KOL has since earned a Michelin Star, named No. 17 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
