We are looking for a passionate Head Bartender to join the team at our Heddon Street site – Casa do Frango Piccadilly.

Casa do Frango Piccadilly is a 125+ cover dining space set across two floors, welcoming 1500+ guests each week. The site also has two private dining rooms, and a charming terrace for al fresco dining in the summer. The Green Room – Accommodating 100 covers standing, it’s our speakeasy cocktail bar, exclusively available for private hire.

Offer:

  • £15.50 - £17 per hour OTE, depending on experience


Candidate Requirements:

  • As a Head Bartender, you will already be a highly skilled and accomplished bartender, ready to take on greater responsibility. Your key duties will include:
  • Taking the lead on essential operational tasks, such as setting up the restaurant for service, completing detailed opening and closing checklists, and ensuring all areas are impeccably maintained and secured
  • Exercising leadership in the absence of a manager, seamlessly overseeing the floor to ensure smooth operations by effectively coordinating both staff and guest interactions.
  • Exemplifying reliability and professionalism at all times, setting a positive tone for the team through your leadership and commitment to excellence
  • Taking the first step on your path to management, preparing yourself for future leadership roles by embracing greater responsibility and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.
  • Train and develop bartenders, to ensure best in class levels of hospitality and guest experience
