Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a waiter or in a guest-facing role in hospitality
  • Passion for delivering warm, attentive, and efficient waiter service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident in taking orders, serving food and drinks, and managing guest requests
  • Attentive to detail in both waiter service delivery and presentation standards
  • Comfortable engaging with guests to enhance their dining experience
  • Ability to handle guest feedback or concerns professionally and promptly
  • Maintains a clean, well-presented section throughout service
  • Knowledge of the menu and ability to make informed recommendations
  • Follows health and safety and food hygiene regulations
  • Punctual, reliable, and well-presented at all times
  • Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for guests
  • Works collaboratively with colleagues to help drive guest satisfaction and repeat business
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new systems or service procedures

About Casa


Our journey began in 2018 with the launch of Casa do Frango in London Bridge – a Portuguese grill concept inspired by Marco’s Portuguese heritage and fond memories of his upbringing in Southern Portugal. Offering a menu of fresh, wood charcoal-grilled dishes in a warm atmosphere, it quickly became a local favourite. Building on this success, we were fortunate to be able to expand Casa to the neighbourhoods of Mayfair (2022) and Victoria (2023).


We’re looking for a Waiter to join our team at Casa Victoria who shares our passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and help us continue to grow. With 1500 guest each week, a 155-cover dining across two floors; including a mezzanine with its own bar and floor-to-ceiling windows, plus a comfortable terrace, perfect for summer, accommodating up to 64 guests.

About MJMK Restaurants


MJMK Restaurants own and operate a collection of award-winning restaurants. Founded in 2018 by lifelong friends Jake Kasumov and Marco Mendes, our journey began with Casa do Frango. In 2020, we partnered with chef patron Santiago Lastra to open KOL, a fine dining restaurant in Marylebone celebrating Mexican cuisine with British ingredients. KOL has since earned a Michelin Star and was named No. 17 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.

In 2022, we launched Lisboeta, a premium restaurant in Fitzrovia with renowned Portuguese chef patron Nuno Mendes. 2024 saw two new ventures: Fonda, a contemporary Mexican concept in Mayfair - our second collaboration with Santiago Lastra - and AngloThai in Marylebone, a debut restaurant from husband-and-wife John and Desiree Chantarasak, blending Thai flavours with British ingredients. Within three months of opening, AngloThai earned a Michelin star.
