Assistant Restaurant Manager

Lisboeta - literally meaning ‘a person from Lisbon’ - celebrates the lifestyle, tradition, and emotion of belonging. The restaurant, located on Charlotte Street, Fitzrovia, was opened by MJMK in partnership with celebrity chef Nuno Mendes in 2022 and has been proud to receive much critical acclaim since opening. More recently, Lisboeta has been listed in both the Michelin guide and the World’s 50 Best Discovery list. As the restaurant continues its success, we’re looking for a talented Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team, who will be responsible for running service across the restaurant and supporting the Restaurant and General Managers across the site.

Your responsibilities as Assistant Restaurant Manager will include:

Assisting the General Manager and Restaurant manager
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests – you will be very floor-focused and be an ambassador for genuine hospitality
Creating and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
Onboarding and development of junior FOH team members, inspiring them to reach the high standards of service and hospitality levels we aim to provide
Following our procedures and processes and making suggestions for improving these further

Experience of GPs and stock control is a plus and a passion for food and beverage is a must.

You will need to demonstrate exceptional guest service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding dining experience. You should also have strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and an understanding of what it takes to create some of the best restaurants in London.

£38,000 - £40,000 salary package, subject to experience
