Private Dining/Events Head Waiter


At KOL, part of the MJMK group, we source and celebrate the finest expressions of British ingredients, championing wild food and seasonality to create dishes that reflect the bright, fresh flavours of Mexican cooking. The kitchen team is headed up by Chef Patron Santiago Lastra and was awarded a Michelin star in 2022, followed by being named 17th in the World’s 50 Best in 2024. As KOL continues its success, we’re looking for a Waiter to join the team. who will oversee the guest experience, from the moment they sit down, right through to the end of their meal.


As a Private Dining/Events Head Waiter at KOL, we can offer you:

· Up to £17 per hour, dependent on your experience, inclusive of service charge.

. A strong and efficient communicator, consistently liaising with Sales & Events Manager, Guest Relations Manager and Head of R&D to create bespoke events for clients
