Sous Chef

At Casa do Frango, which is part of the MJMK group, we take inspiration from our co-founder Marco’s southern Portuguese upbringing. Casa do Frango celebrates Algarvian cuisine and culture, bringing the food, wine, and spirit of Southern Portugal to London. As we continue to expand and grow, we’re looking for a Sous Chef to join the team, who will support the Head Chef in the management of all the aspect of the kitchen and developing of the junior team members.

As a Sous Chef at Casa do Frango, we can offer you:

· Up to £45,000 salary package, dependent on your experience.

· An enthusiastic and proactive individual, who is happy supporting the Head Chef with responsibility in all areas of the kitchen.

· Passionate about food, wine and hospitality,

· Able to work with integrity, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
