We are delighted to be opening the long-awaited and critically acclaimed AngloThai, in partnership with John and Desiree Chantarasak, in central London this summer.

John draws influences from both sides of his Thai and British heritage to create dishes inspired by the eclectic cuisine of Thailand, while utilising the abundance of world class ingredients found within the British Isles. An alumnus from celebrated Thai restaurants Som Saa (London) and Nahm (Bangkok), John has spent the last decade honing his craft to bring this unique and exciting concept to the London dining scene.

Desiree looks to her relationships with small batch wine producers in Europe to complement the food at AngloThai, with many wines celebrating the craftsmanship and passion of a new generation of exciting wine growers. Well crafted, ethically minded and deeply delicious wines are the focus at AngloThai.

We’re looking for a passionate Pastry Chef to oversee the Pastry & Desert section and working with John and our Head Chef to develop new desserts, pastries and breads for the menu. A love for hospitality and strong attention to detail is a must with a desire to grow and develop within the company

An AngloThai Pastry Chef is:

· Experienced with working a pastry section in a fine dining restaurant

· Passionate with working with fresh, top-quality seasonal ingredients

· Genuine and driven who wants to deliver the highest quality food consistently

· Kind, empathetic and keen to work collaboratively with the whole kitchen team

· Responsible for their knowledge and learning in their job role, always looking to consistently be the best.

As a Pastry Chef at AngloThai, we can offer you:

· Up to £40,000 salary package, dependent on your experience.
